App Inventor part of Science on Saturday at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ

The ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ EECS department presented Science on Saturday, Circuits and Computers edition, at the Kresge Auditorium in conjunction with the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Museum on Saturday, April 2. Over 1000 people attended the event, which featured on-stage demos by various EECS faculty and staff on electricity, energy, motion and App Inventor. After the on-stage demos, visitors were able to try hands-on demos in the lobby of the auditorium. Karen Lang and Aubrey Colter from the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ App Inventor team demonstrated how to create simple apps and assisted young people trying App Inventor for the first time.
